We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of an unworn item within 7 business days of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it registered post.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:

Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.

Please note that if you received free shipping  we will deduct our shipping costs off your refund. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

EXCHANGES:

Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL , ORDER NUMBER  and EXCHANGE DETAILS ( eg. new size required ) to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to exchange the goods properly. You will also need to include an return addressed postal satchel, which needs to have a tracking number that  you need to keep. Once we have received the correct details and items from you, we will send you a confirmation email and the date we re posted the exchanged item.
